So my little one, Bippy, just went off to kindergarten. Yes, I did. I did do the happy dance. She is a pip and loves me more than ice cream (her words) but she is super high energy and I need to get some work done.
It’s always fun to check out whatever fabulous fiber and textile adventures are to be found where you live or are visiting. Although I live out on Long Island, I am lucky enough to be only 60 miles from New York City. I am not able to get there as often as I would like, so when I do go I like to pack in all the fiber and textile events that I can. Here is the latest from my adventures early this week!
A Rainbow Quilt! Perfect for sweet dreams or daydreams, this double rainbow quilt utilizes simple bias tape appliqué. This quilt is just right with the Cloud Pillows from my previous post. My favorite 10-year-old model is back to show off another project and (yay!) my favorite 14-year-old decided to join her!
